Lemon Mouse Press Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support at hello@lemonmousepress.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to PO Box 164, THE GAP QLD 4061 AUSTRALIA within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
- For a change of mind return, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Lemon Mouse Press.
- Change of mind returns will be refunded less the original shipping cost, orders in which the customer paid no shipping (Eg. Free local delivery), still incurred a cost (packaging, local delivery and time), this cost will be excluded from the refund/credit amount.
- If you are returning your order due to a fault or other issue - we will work with you to facilitate the return.
3. Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these criteria.

- Customised or personalised products.
- Downloadable digital goods.
- Free promotional goods.
